The under-eye is the least forgiving territory on the face: thin skin, unforgiving light, and a shadow that men read as permanent tiredness. It is also the area most often overfilled elsewhere, because the temptation is to chase the hollow until it disappears.
The discipline here runs the other way: small volumes, staged across visits, stopping at rested rather than pushing to full. Some under-eyes are not a filler case at all, and get told so; a hollow that is really a mid-face issue gets a different plan entirely.
