The thinking

The nose is judged in profile.

Filler cannot make a nose smaller, and an honest clinic says so up front. What it can do, in the right nose, is make it read straighter: fill above and below a bump and the line evens out; support a drooping tip and the profile lifts.

The judgement is never the nose alone. Nose, lips and chin form one line, and sometimes the strongest move for a profile is a chin correction, not a nose one. That call is exactly what the consultation is for.

What the photographs show: a straighter dorsal line and a cleaner bridge-to-tip profile, achieved without surgery, without a cast, and without weeks of downtime.

Precision areas like the nose are doctor-only territory, with the safety conversation taken seriously; the detail, including risks and who isn't a candidate, is on the non-surgical rhinoplasty page.

Case questions

Asked about this case.

Would my result look like this?

Not exactly, and it shouldn't. Every plan here starts from your structure, not from someone else's photograph. What carries over is the standard: unretouched results, planned for the whole face, that read as genetics rather than treatment. Individual results vary.

Is this photograph edited?

No. Every before-and-after the clinic publishes is unretouched beyond cropping. Same patient, clinic lighting, no smoothing, no reshaping. It is a rule, not a preference; retouched result photos defeat the entire point of showing results.

How do I find out what my face would need?

Book the £100 consultation. The doctor reads your whole face, shows you relevant cases from the full library, and gives you a plan with exact volumes and prices. The detail of this treatment is on the non-surgical rhinoplasty page.
