The male approach
Why the male face needs its own clinic.
Most aesthetic training, most products and most befores-and-afters are built around female faces. Treat a man by those rules and the result drifts soft. This clinic was built the other way around.
A masculine face reads through angles: chin projection, a defined gonial angle, jaw width, flatter and more lateral cheeks. Filler on a man is placed to sharpen those lines, not to round them off.
Male skin is thicker, the tissues heavier, and the anchor points different. Chasing one feature in isolation is how faces end up looking treated. Here the whole face is read first and treated in sequence.
"I don't want anyone to know." Results here are planned in millimetres and staged over time, so you look like yourself, sharper. Never overfilled, never feminised.
This is what the Band Codex exists for: a structured, whole-face way of reading and treating the male face, developed by Dr Bassam Band and now taught to doctors internationally.
It is also why men fly in for one consultation. The assessment is the product; treatment is only ever what the assessment justifies.
Treatments for men
What are you looking to change?
Every treatment below is doctor-performed at 5 Goodge Place. Start anywhere; the consultation reads the whole face before any of them is recommended.
Thinking in terms of filler generally? Start with dermal fillers for men: what they do on a male face, area by area, with prices.
Who treats you
The doctor other doctors learn from.
Dr Bassam Band, MBChB, BSc (Hons), MRCGP, developed the Band Codex, the world's first structured injecting system for the male face, and teaches full-face contouring to doctors internationally. Every treatment here is planned and performed by a doctor. Nothing is delegated.
- A £100 consultation. Your whole face is examined: structure, proportions, movement, and how every feature works together. You leave knowing what your face needs, what it doesn't, and the exact price, whether or not you book.
- You decide in your own time. Nothing is sold in the chair. If filler is the wrong instrument for your face, you'll be told what the right one is, even when it isn't something we sell.
- Treated, reviewed, guarded. Changes staged in millimetres by the doctor, with dissolving agent in the room and a plan that protects the result over time.

Male aesthetics questions
Asked before you book.
What counts as male aesthetics?
Non-surgical treatment planned around male facial structure: dermal fillers for the jawline, chin, cheeks, under-eyes and nose, Endolift for jowls and the double chin, skin boosters for skin quality, and doctor-led consultations for lines and wrinkles. The distinction isn't the treatment list, it's the planning: male proportions, male skin and male ageing patterns are different, and treating them by female conventions is how men end up looking done.
Which treatment should I start with?
Honestly: don't choose one yet. The area that bothers you is often not the area driving it; a weak chin can make a whole jaw read soft, and under-eye shadows are sometimes a mid-face issue. Book the £100 consultation, get the whole face read, and you'll leave with a plan that says what to treat, in what order, and what to leave alone.
What does treatment cost?
The consultation is a flat £100. Dermal filler is £450 per ml, with typical volumes by area on each treatment page (a jawline typically takes 2–4ml, most chins 1–2ml, most noses about 1ml). Endolift is £2,500 complete. Skin boosters are from £400. The exact figure for your face is agreed at consultation before anything is opened; the full list is on the pricing page.
What should I look for in a male aesthetics clinic?
Four things. A doctor, not a delegated injector, doing the assessing and the treating. Real male before-and-afters, unretouched, in volume. A clinic that names its prices before you sit in the chair. And someone willing to say no; a clinic that treats every face that walks in is a shop, not a clinic. We built this place to pass that test.
Will anyone be able to tell?
The recurring brief here is "I don't want anyone to know", and the work is planned to honour it: small volumes, staged over time, placed for structure rather than fullness. Done properly, the result reads as sharper, better rested, more genetically fortunate. Not as treatment.
