The thinking

Why jaw and chin travel together.

The jawline doesn't end at the jaw. It runs ear to chin, and the chin decides whether that line lands with authority or fades out. Treat the jaw alone on a recessed chin and you sharpen a line that still terminates weakly; the face reads better, not right.

So at this clinic the lower third is mapped as one continuous line, and most jawline plans include the chin, exactly as this one did. It is the difference between decorating a feature and building a structure.

What the photographs show: a straighter, more continuous ear-to-chin line, a more defined gonial angle, and cleaner separation between jaw and neck. The change reads as definition, not as volume.

Planned and performed by a GMC-registered doctor, with volumes and price agreed before anything was opened, the same way every plan here works. The doctrine behind the sequencing is the Band Codex; the guide why jawline filler alone isn't always the answer covers this exact judgement call.

Case questions

Asked about this case.

Would my result look like this?

Not exactly, and it shouldn't. Every plan here starts from your structure, not from someone else's photograph. What carries over is the standard: unretouched results, planned for the whole face, that read as genetics rather than treatment. Individual results vary.

Is this photograph edited?

No. Every before-and-after the clinic publishes is unretouched beyond cropping. Same patient, clinic lighting, no smoothing, no reshaping. It is a rule, not a preference; retouched result photos defeat the entire point of showing results.

How do I find out what my face would need?

Book the £100 consultation. The doctor reads your whole face, shows you relevant cases from the full library, and gives you a plan with exact volumes and prices. The detail of this treatment is on the jawline filler page.
