A face is a structure, and structures are built in order. The mid-face supports the lower face: put lateral cheek support in first and the jaw and chin that follow sit on a foundation instead of compensating for the lack of one.

Not exactly, and it shouldn't. Every plan here starts from your structure, not from someone else's photograph. What carries over is the standard: unretouched results, planned for the whole face, that read as genetics rather than treatment. Individual results vary.
Is this photograph edited?
No. Every before-and-after the clinic publishes is unretouched beyond cropping. Same patient, clinic lighting, no smoothing, no reshaping. It is a rule, not a preference; retouched result photos defeat the entire point of showing results.
