What is the Band Codex?
The clinic's operating system, and the reason the results here don't look like filler. Here is the plain-English version.
The short answer: the Band Codex is Dr Bassam Band's structured system for treating the male face. Instead of treating features one at a time, the whole face is read first, built in a set sequence, and the result guarded over time. It exists because male faces treated piecemeal drift soft or overdone.
Why it exists
Most aesthetic medicine is organised around treatments: a jawline appointment, a cheek appointment, a syringe per grievance. That model quietly fails men. Treat the area a patient points at, without reading the face around it, and you get the two classic bad outcomes: a face that still looks somehow wrong because the real driver was elsewhere, or a face that looks done because each fix compensated for the last.
Dr Bassam Band built the Codex as the alternative: a repeatable system for reading male faces and deciding, before any product is opened, what should change, in what order, and what should be left alone. It is the world's first structured injecting system for the male face, and it is now taught to doctors internationally.
The three phases
The public frame is three verbs, in a fixed order:
- READ the man. A full assessment of structure, proportions, movement and how every feature works together, before any talk of treatment. This is what the £100 consultation is.
- BUILD the face. Treatment in a set sequence of five steps, Base, Uplift, Install, Link, Detail, so every change supports the next instead of fighting it.
- GUARD the work. Reviews, restraint and a long-term plan, because a good result is something you keep, not something you buy once.
What it means when you sit in the chair
Practically: you get one plan for your whole face, with prices, before anything is treated. You hear a plain no when an area doesn't need treating, because in a sequenced plan an unnecessary change isn't neutral, it costs the rest of the face. And the thing you came in about is sometimes scheduled later than you expected; a jawline, for instance, is drawn late in a plan, after the structures that anchor it.
Where the full method lives
What you've just read is the frame, and the frame is public. The working method beneath it, the mapping, sequencing detail and technique, is clinical material, taught to doctors through the Band Codex Masterclass and Dr Band's training programmes. As a patient you don't need the machinery; you experience it as a plan that makes sense and a result that reads as genetics.
